At Sharmar Village Care Center, our care services through our continuum of care allows those who live here to age in place.
We provide a seamless transition for residents as their care needs change, and our customized approach to care allows for flexibility based on true needs and not pre-set packages.
Our Pueblo campus includes the Chateau at Sharmar Village, a community for Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care, and the Sharmar Village Care Center, for Long-term care and Short-term Medicare Rehabilitation.
Continuum of Care Services
Assisted Living
Work with a care coordinator to form a customized and personal care plan within our full-service assisted living facility.
Independent Living
Maintain independence with private apartments, but have the peace of mind knowing nearby medical experts and 24-hour emergency response systems are available.
Long-Term Care
24-hour monitoring and assistance is available to residents by nurses and CNAs that are trained to address the everyday needs of residents.
Memory Care
Sharmar Village staff receives specialized training to best understand how to care for the person; not the diagnosis.
