Summit Medical Consultants

When a rehab patient comes to Sharmar Village a dedicated member of Summit Medical Consultants will follow their care to provide consistent, coordinated and person-centered care. Once the patient is discharged from rehab, they are then released back to their primary care physician when they discharge. These physicians round out the Sharmar Village rehab team and offer on-call service 24×7.
