Tiffany: Sharmar Village is special because it is locally owned. That allows us to customize each care plan and take care of each resident as if they are our own loved one.
What Do You Want Families Starting This Process to Know?
Aubrey: Here at Sharmar, we consider these residents family. We take pride in taking care of them and giving them the best experience that they can have.
Lynnea: Sharmar is more than just a place to receive care. Just because they will live here doesn’t mean they are on our schedule. We really adapt to each resident and allow them to have the independence they would have at home. We have a community here with activities like Wine and Cheese Night, various festivals and parties to make each resident feel entertained and social.
Why Do You Like Working Here?
Stephanie: I like to work here because of the environment. I feel that it is a very beautiful environment, and I like to be with the residents and my co-workers. My co-workers and I help to make the atmosphere a great place to be.
